Terms and Conditions
These terms govern access to the Bee Natural website and purchases made through the online store.
1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of www.beenatural.co.za, the creation of customer accounts, and orders placed through the Bee Natural online store. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Business and contact information
The website and online store are operated for Bee Natural. Customer enquiries may be directed to Petra – Bee Natural at petra@beenatural.co.za or 083 408 0967.
3. Products and information
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Product packaging, labels, colour, texture, ingredients and presentation may change from time to time. The physical label supplied with the product takes precedence over website content.
Product information is provided for general shopping guidance and is not medical advice. No statement on this website is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
4. Prices and VAT
Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed retail prices are in South African rand and are VAT inclusive where VAT applies. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be shown before the order is confirmed.
5. Orders
An order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only once payment has been successfully received or authorised and Bee Natural confirms acceptance. We may cancel or reject an order where a product is unavailable, a price or product description is materially incorrect, payment fails, fraud is suspected, or delivery cannot reasonably be completed.
6. Payment
Payments are processed through the payment methods displayed at checkout. Bee Natural does not normally store complete card details. Payment providers may apply their own terms, security checks and processing requirements.
7. Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, remote-area surcharges, weather, public holidays, incomplete addresses or circumstances beyond reasonable control. The customer must supply a complete and accurate delivery address and a contactable cellphone number.
8. Returns, refunds and defective goods
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the Bee Natural Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer law. Due to the hygienic and personal-care nature of the products, opened or used products cannot ordinarily be returned merely because of a change of mind, except where applicable law provides otherwise or the goods are defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
9. Allergies and responsible use
Customers must read the ingredient list and physical product label before use. A patch test is strongly recommended before first use. Do not use a product where you know or suspect that you are allergic or sensitive to beeswax, honey, propolis, pollen, essential oils, plant extracts, fragrances, carrier oils or any other listed ingredient.
10. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify Bee Natural promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
11. Intellectual property
Website text, branding, graphics, photographs, product names and other content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without written permission, except where permitted by law.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bee Natural is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, misuse of products, failure to follow labels or directions, undisclosed allergies, or reliance on website information as medical advice.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable South African law and the jurisdiction of competent South African courts or consumer authorities.
14. Changes
These terms may be updated when business practices, website functions or legal requirements change. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
